Samarium Side Effects Report #4635492-6
Samarium side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Apr 11, 2005. Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 162.0 lb, was diagnosed with metastases to bone, prostate cancer  and was treated with Samarium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia, fluid intake reduced, oral intake reduced. Samarium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILAUDID, ZOFRAN, CONCERTA, KYTRIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 162.0 lb, was diagnosed with metastases to bone, prostate cancer metastatic and was treated with Samarium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysphagia. Samarium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DILAUDID, ZOFRAN, CONCERTA, KYTRIL. Patient died on 04/16/2005.
