Salsalate side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on May 26, 2005. Male patient, 53 years of age, weighting 164.0 lb, was diagnosed with pain
and was treated with Salsalate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, anorexia, duodenal ulcer, erosive duodenitis, fall
, fatigue, gastric ulcer, gastritis erosive, hypotension. Salsalate dosage: 75 MG BID. During the same period patient was treated with DOCUSATE CA, FEROUS SULPHATE, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, OMEPRAZOLE, PROPRANOLOL. Patient recovered.
