Salsalate side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 31, 2006. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 204.4 lb, was diagnosed with osteoarthritis What is  osteoarthritis and was treated with Salsalate. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcoholism What is  alcoholism, anaemia, duodenal ulcer, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, leukocytosis, stress What is  stress. Salsalate dosage: 1000MG BID PO (DURATION: SEVERAL YEARS). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
