Salofalk side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Feb 03, 2005. Male patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with colitis ulcerative and was treated with Salofalk. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, agranulocytosis, cardiogenic shock, delirium, infection What is  infection, myocardial infarction, neutropenia. Salofalk dosage: 500 MG 2 TABLETS QID PO. During the same period patient was treated with PLAVIX, SALOFALK ENEMA, RISPERDAL, SYNTROID, CORTENEMA, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, DESYREL, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
