Female patient, child 3 years of age, was diagnosed with respiratory failure, pneumonitis and was treated with Salbutamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, bronchiectasis, decreased activity, pneumonitis, pulmonary hypertension , respiratory acidosis, respiratory failure. Salbutamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, HYDROCORTISONE, ACETYLCYSTEINE, CLARITHROMYCIN, AMINOPHYLLINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
