Male patient, child 8 years of age, was diagnosed with lower respiratory tract infection, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis allergic and was treated with Salbutamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bicarbonate increased, blood ph decreased, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis allergic, cushingoid, hypertension, leukocytosis, lower respiratory tract infection, pco2 increased. Salbutamol dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, FLUCLOXACILLIN, CEFOTAXIME, ROXITHROMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
