Female patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with chronic obstructive airways disease exacerbated and was treated with Salbutamol. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation , electrocardiogram st segment elevation, ventricular hypokinesia. Salbutamol dosage: 5 MG;Q2H;INH. During the same period patient was treated with AMOXICILLIN, ALBUTEROL SULPHATE, IPARTROPIUM BROMIDE, INHALATION SOLUTION, ALBNDRONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
