Salazopyrina Side Effects Report #4899306-1
Salazopyrina side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Jan 17, 2006. Female patient, 29 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis
and was treated with Salazopyrina. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: punctate keratitis, skin hyperpigmentation, stevens-johnson syndrome. Salazopyrina dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METHOTREXATE, PREDNISONE, CORTICOSTEROIDS. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
