Female patient, 13 years of age, weighting 92.59 lb, was diagnosed with turner's syndrome and was treated with Saizen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain oedema, cerebral haematoma, cerebrovascular accident, haemorrhagic arteriovenous malformation, locked-in syndrome, mydriasis. Saizen dosage: 14 MG, 1 IN 1 WEEKS. Patient recovered.

Saizen side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on July 24, 2008. Male patient, child 9 years of age, weighting 50.71 lb, was diagnosed with blood growth hormone and was treated with Saizen. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety What is  anxiety, brain stem glioma, constipation What is  constipation, headache What is  headache, injection site pain, locked-in syndrome, quadriplegia, respiratory disorder, sleep disorder What is  sleep disorder. Saizen dosage: 0.73 MG, 6 IN 1 WEEKS. During the same period patient was treated with NEO MERCAZOLE, HYOSCINE. Patient recovered.
