After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, dizziness , muscle spasms, nausea , vision blurred. Saizen dosage: 1.25MG 3 X WEEK SUBCUTANEO. During the same period patient was treated with ESTRADIOL, PROGESTERONE. Patient recovered.

Saizen dosage: 1 MG, 6 IN 1 WEEKS, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, CALCIUM CARBONATE, ERGOCALCIFEROL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
