. Rshapo dosage: 4 MG/KG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with RITUXAN, ALBUTEROL, IPRATROPIUM BROMIDE, AMIKACIN, COSYNTROPIN, DEXAMETHASONE, PEPCID, FENTANYL CITRATE. Patient died on 03/07/2007.Rshapo Side Effects Report #5497080-1
