Female patient, weighting 126.5 lb, was diagnosed with restless legs syndrome and was treated with Rotigotine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: accident, back injury, fall , haematoma. Rotigotine dosage: (4.5 MG QD TRANSDERMAL). Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, SIMVASTATIN, CEFAZOLIN, ROPIVACAINE, FENTANYL, PROPOFOL, EPHEDRINE SUL CAP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Rotigotine dosage: 8 MG/24H (10 MG/24H 1 IN 1 DAY (S)) TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with LEVODOPA, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, SIMVASTATIN, CEFAZOLIN, ROPIVACAINE, FENTANYL, PROPOFOL, EPHEDRINE SUL CAP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Rotigotine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with KALLIDINOGENASE. Patient died.

During the same period patient was treated with LEVOTHYROXINE, ASCORBIC ACID, ALENDRONATE, AMOXICILLIN, SPIRONOLACTONE, BENSERAZIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, PROCYCLIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DICLOFENAC. Patient died.
