Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 220.5 lb, was diagnosed with tinnitus  and was treated with Ropivacaine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: grand mal convulsion, loss of consciousness. Ropivacaine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with NASAL STEROID, OMEPRATSOL, IMIDAZOPYRIDINE. Patient recovered.
