Male patient, 73 years of age, was diagnosed with hypotonia, anaesthesia procedure and was treated with Rocuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: respiratory disorder, rhabdomyolysis. Rocuronium dosage: 40 MG, ONCE; INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with THIAMYLAL, FENTANYL CITRATE, DROPERIDOL, REMIFENTANIL HYDROCHLORIDE, PIMOZIDE, BIPERIDEN HYDROCHLORIDE, LORAZEPAM, BROTIZOLAM. Patient recovered.
