Rocuronium side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Feb 27, 2001. Female patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with sensory disturbance and was treated with Rocuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid reaction, angioneurotic oedema, bradycardia, bronchospasm, cardiac arrest , cough, electrocardiogram st segment depression, hypotension, hypoxia. Rocuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MIDAZOLAM, FENTANYL, ONDANSETRON HYDROCHLORIDE, PROPOFOL, LIGNOCAINE, IRBESARTAN, INDAPAMIDE, PRAVASTATIN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid shock, breath sounds abnormal, electrocardiogram st segment depression, procedural complication, rash maculo-papular, respiratory failure, rhythm idioventricular, skin test positive, ventricular extrasystoles. Rocuronium dosage: 100 MG ONCE INTRAVENOUS (NOS). During the same period patient was treated with LIGNOCAINE, ALFENTANIL, PROPOFOL, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac enzymes increased, electrocardiogram st segment depression, erythema, hypotension, rash erythematous, supraventricular tachycardia, troponin increased. Rocuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with SUXAMETHONIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: caesarean section, delayed recovery from anaesthesia, electrocardiogram st segment depression, hypertension, sinus tachycardia. Rocuronium dosage: 30 MG ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with ALFENTANIL, FENTANYL, THIOPENTAL, NITROUS OXIDE. Patient recovered.
