Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with neuromuscular blockade and was treated with Rocuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , rash macular, swelling face. Rocuronium dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LIDOCAINE GEL WITH CHLORHEXIDINE, PROPOFOL, ADRENALINE, MIDAZOLAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
