Female patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia and was treated with Rocuronium. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication, cardiac arrest . Rocuronium dosage: 30 MG ONCE. During the same period patient was treated with THIOPENTAL, NITROUS OXIDE, ALFENTANIL, OXYTOCIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaesthetic complication, anaphylactic reaction, arrhythmia , shock, ventricular fibrillation. Rocuronium dosage: 35 MG INTRAVENOUS (NOS). During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE SULPHATE, THIOPENTONE. Patient died.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
