After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood phosphorus increased, blood thyroid stimulating hormone increased, cataract , hyperparathyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hypocalcaemia, keratoconjunctivitis sicca, lenticular opacities, mydriasis.
