After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial tachycardia, bundle branch block right, cardiac disorder, cheilitis, chest discomfort, dry eye, dyspnoea, mitral valve incompetence, nail disorder. Roaccutane dosage: DOSE STEADILY INCREASED TO 70 MG/DAY.. Patient recovered.
