Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with acne  and was treated with Roaccutan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, depression , gastric ph decreased, gastrointestinal disorder, myalgia. Roaccutan dosage: STRENGTH OF CAPSULES CLARIFIED AS 10 AND 20 MG. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, asthenia, brain damage, completed suicide, depression , myalgia, panic attack, personality change, psychiatric symptom. Roaccutan dosage: unknown. Patient died on 10/17/2004.
