Female patient, 41 years of age, weighting 138.9 lb, was diagnosed with acne  and was treated with Roaccutan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, biliary colic, depression , gastric ph decreased, gastric ulcer, gastrointestinal disorder, headache , hypersensitivity, myalgia. Roaccutan dosage: STRENGTH OF CAPSULES CLARIFIED AS 10 AND 20 MG. During the same period patient was treated with ACCUTIN. Patient recovered.
