Rivastigmine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Aug 27, 2007. Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Rivastigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dystonia What is  dystonia, gait deviation. Rivastigmine dosage: unknown. Patient died on 01/01/2005.

Rivastigmine side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Mar 18, 2009. Female patient, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type and was treated with Rivastigmine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, vomiting. Rivastigmine dosage: 1.5 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ALENDRONIC ACID, AMITRIPTYLINE, ASPIRIN, CITALOPRAM HYDROBROMIDE, ACETAMINOPHEN W, ENALAPRIL, OMEPRAZOLE, QUETIAPINE FUMARATE. Patient died on 03/06/2009.
