Ritonavir Side Effects Report #5117852-2
Ritonavir side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on June 23, 2006. Male patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and was treated with Ritonavir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood pressure decreased, cachexia, culture urine positive, diarrhoea, haematochezia, heart rate increased, lung infiltration, metastases to lung. Ritonavir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RITONAVIR SOFT GELATIN CAPSULES, APTIVUS, PETHIDINE HYDROCHLORIDE, PANTOPRAZOLE, BACTRIM, CLONAZEPAM, ZOLPIDEM TARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 10/22/2005.
