Rimantadine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 25, 2005. Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 190.5 lb, was diagnosed with influenza, prophylaxis and was treated with Rimantadine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: photosensitivity reaction, rash maculo-papular. Rimantadine dosage: 100 MG BID ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MORPHINE SULPHATE, CALCIUM CITRATE, CHOLECALCIFEROL, PANTOPRAZOLE, FEXOFENADINE, FLUOXETINE, BUSPIRONE. Patient recovered.
