Riluzole side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 14, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy  and was treated with Riluzole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: apnoea, bradycardia, hypoventilation, loss of consciousness, skin discolouration, spinal muscular atrophy , vena cava thrombosis. Riluzole dosage: unknown. Patient died on 09/06/2005.

Riluzole side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GERMANY on July 16, 2007. Female patient, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with multiple system atrophy and was treated with Riluzole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: altered state of consciousness, chills, convulsion, loss of consciousness, oculogyric crisis, visual acuity reduced. Riluzole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 48 years of age, was diagnosed with huntington's chorea, hyperkinesia, sleep disorder  and was treated with Riluzole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: loss of consciousness, ventricular fibrillation. Riluzole dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TIAPRID, ZOPICLONE. Patient recovered.
