Riluzole side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Sept 07, 2005. Male patient was diagnosed with investigation, spinal muscular atrophy What is  spinal muscular atrophy and was treated with Riluzole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory failure, atelectasis, bronchial obstruction, pyrexia. Riluzole dosage: 20MG TWICE ADAY OTHER. During the same period patient was treated with ZANTAC, PULMICORT, BETHANECHOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
