Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis , pyrexia, nocturia, pyelonephritis, hypoalbuminaemia, anaemia and was treated with Rilutek. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blood sodium decreased, hypoalbuminaemia, interstitial lung disease, melaena, pco2 decreased, peptic ulcer , po2 decreased, pollakiuria.
