, prophylaxis and was treated with Rifinah. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: immune reconstitution syndrome, liver function test abnormal, rash maculo-papular, toxic epidermal necrolysis, tuberculosis
. Rifinah dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFAVIRENZ, ETHAMBUTOL, CIPROFLOXACIN, CLEXANE, GENTAMICIN, LAMIVUDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
