Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 198.4 lb, was diagnosed with tuberculin test positive, exposure to communicable disease and was treated with Rifinah. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, blood creatinine increased, chills, coagulation factor v level decreased, conjunctival hyperaemia, disseminated intravascular coagulation, erythema, haemodynamic instability, hepatic failure. Rifinah dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
