Male patient, 29 years of age, weighting 145.5 lb, was diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and was treated with Rifater. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, hepatic failure, hepatitis , hepatocellular damage, lipase increased. Rifater dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , gallbladder disorder, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic failure, hypoglycaemia, menorrhagia, oliguria, prothrombin time abnormal, pyrexia.
