Rifater side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Oct 30, 2008. Male patient, 41 years of age, was treated with Rifater. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, blood amylase increased, c-reactive protein increased, lipase increased, pancreatitis acute, pyrexia, vomiting. Rifater dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with REYATAZ, TRUVADA, MYAMBUTOL, ROCEPHIN, MOVICOL, SPAGULAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Rifater side effect was reported by a Physician from SWITZERLAND on July 31, 2008. Female patient, 34 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was treated with Rifater. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, gallbladder disorder, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic failure, hypoglycaemia, menorrhagia, oliguria, prothrombin time abnormal, pyrexia. Rifater dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ETHAMBUTOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/09/2008.
