Rifampin side effect was reported by a Physician from NORWAY on July 24, 2006. Female patient, 82 years of age, was diagnosed with pleurisy, tuberculosis What is  tuberculosis and was treated with Rifampin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, hepatic failure, hepatorenal syndrome, hepatotoxicity, icterus index increased, liver disorder, mesothelioma malignant, transaminases increased, vomiting. Rifampin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFAMPIN AND ISONIAZID, PYRIDOXINE, ALLOPUR, COZAAR. Patient died on 02/09/2006.
