Rifampicin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Feb 27, 2008. Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis  and was treated with Rifampicin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dehydration, liver disorder, renal failure acute, residual urine, skin exfoliation. Rifampicin dosage: 450 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with ISONIAZID, PYRAZINAMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
