Rifadin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED KINGDOM on Dec 23, 2005. Male patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with tuberculosis  and was treated with Rifadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: csf test abnormal, hiv infection , multi-organ failure, septic shock. Rifadin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIKACIN, CIPROFLOXACIN, ISONIAZID. Patient died on 12/27/2005.
