Rifadin Side Effects Report #5042902-1
Rifadin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 29, 2006. Male patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis and was treated with Rifadin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, hepatitis , hepatocellular damage, jaundice , nausea . Rifadin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PIRILENE, RIMIFON, MYAMBUTOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/16/2006.
