Male patient was diagnosed with polymyalgia rheumatica What is  polymyalgia rheumatica and was treated with Rheumatrex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, carpal tunnel syndrome What is  carpal tunnel syndrome, muscle atrophy, neoplasm. Rheumatrex dosage: 17.5MG - 1XW - ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with FOLIC ACID, CALCIUM, FOSAMAX, PREDNISONE. Patient recovered.
