, pancytopenia, pyrexia, sepsis
, stomatitis. Rheumatrex dosage: 6 MG PER WEEK; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with KEPHTON, LANDEL, MAGNESIUM OXIDE, MOVER, OSTELUC, PREDNISOLONE, RIMATIL, TIEKAPTO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.Rheumatrex Side Effects Report #4617016-2

, chlamydial infection, interstitial lung disease, pneumocystis jiroveci pneumonia. Rheumatrex dosage: 4 MG 1X PER 1 WK, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MEDROL, METHOTREXATE, REMICADE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
