Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 108.9 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma What is  multiple myeloma and was treated with Revlimid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspepsia, haemoglobin decreased, mental status changes, myeloma recurrence, poor venous access, presyncope, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, white blood cell count decreased. Revlimid dosage: 25 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, LEVAQUIN, LASIX, ATENOLOL, NIFEDIPINE ER, DIOVAN, ACYCLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
