Male patient, 72 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension , polyuria, pulmonary embolism  and was treated with Revatio. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, joint swelling. Revatio dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMILORIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, BUMETANIDE, SLOZEM, WARFARIN. Patient recovered.
