Retrovir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SPAIN on Aug 05, 2005. Male patient, 49 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Retrovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , lactic acidosis, metabolic acidosis, nausea , pyrexia, tachycardia, tachypnoea. Retrovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZIAGEN, DIDANOSINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
