Female patient, 26 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Retrovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: holoprosencephaly, laboratory test abnormal. Retrovir dosage: 600MG PER DAY. Patient recovered.
