Retrovir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on May 31, 2002. Male patient, weighting 7.72 lb, was diagnosed with antiviral prophylaxis, hiv infection  and was treated with Retrovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, caesarean section, echoencephalogram abnormal, hyperlactacidaemia, hypotonia, neonatal disorder. Retrovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVIR, VIRAMUNE, FAZOL, PEVARYL, MOTILIUM, GAVISCON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
