Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction and was treated with Retavase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, bronchopneumonia, cardiac arrest
, coronary artery occlusion, haemodynamic instability, multi-organ failure, rales, sepsis
. Retavase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ABCIXIMAB, INSULIN, ENOXAPARIN, ASPIRIN, CLOPIDOGREL BISULPHATE, ATOVASTATIN, PANTOPRAZOLE, PARACETAMOL. Patient died on 11/11/2006.
