After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, metamorphopsia, scintillating scotoma. Restasis dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LANOXIN ACID, BENAZEPRIL HYDROCHLORIDE, PLAVIX, VERAPAMIL, TOPROL, LOTENSIN, METFORMIN, OXYCONTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
