Male patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with depression , schizophrenia, parkinsonism, orthostatic hypotension and was treated with Reslin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: delirium, neuroleptic malignant syndrome, quadriplegia, renal failure acute. Reslin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LUDIOMIL, DOGMATYL, TRYPTANOL, PERPHENAZINE, DEPAS, BIPERIDEN HYDROCHLORIDE, RISUMIC, PROMETHAZINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
