Renivace Side Effects Report #5492818-1
Renivace side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 03, 2007. Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 74.96 lb, was diagnosed with hypotension, scleroderma renal crisis and was treated with Renivace. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: antinuclear antibody positive, cardiac murmur, cardiomegaly, cataract , condition aggravated, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haematocrit decreased, haematuria, haemodialysis. Renivace dosage: 10 MG QD ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TORSEMIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 59.52 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, stent placement and was treated with Renivace. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, platelet count decreased, red blood cell sedimentation rate increased, white blood cell count decreased. Renivace dosage: 10 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with PANALDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood aldosterone increased, blood chloride decreased, blood osmolarity decreased, blood pressure diastolic decreased, cardiac output decreased, electrocardiogram st segment depression, haematocrit decreased, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Renivace dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALDACTONE, DIGOSIN, VERAPAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood creatinine decreased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, condition aggravated, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, interstitial lung disease, pneumonia aspiration. Renivace dosage: 1.25 MG Q DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN HYDROCHLORIDE, GASTER, VITAMIN ADDITIVE, BISOLVON. Patient died on 10/08/2004.
