Renivace Side Effects Report #5758965-1
Renivace side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 14, 2008. Female patient, 75 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, embolic stroke and was treated with Renivace. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioedema, atrial fibrillation , cerebral artery occlusion, embolic stroke, fall , unresponsive to stimuli. Renivace dosage: 2.5 MG QD; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ACTIVASE, TRICHLORMETHIAZIDE, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Renivace side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Nov 06, 2006. Male patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertension, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hyperlipidaemia, coronary arterial stent insertion and was treated with Renivace. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blister, cardiac disorder, cardio-respiratory arrest, cardiogenic shock, erythema, excoriation, gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Renivace dosage: 2.5 MG Q DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with GASTER D, LIPITOR, ASPIRIN, PLAVIX, SIGMART, LUPRAC, ARTIST. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/31/2006.

Male patient, 73 years of age, weighting 99.21 lb, was diagnosed with cardiac failure, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Renivace. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood aldosterone increased, blood chloride decreased, blood osmolarity decreased, blood pressure diastolic decreased, cardiac output decreased, electrocardiogram st segment depression, haematocrit decreased, inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion. Renivace dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALDACTONE, DIGOSIN, VERAPAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrial fibrillation , blood aldosterone increased, blood antidiuretic hormone increased, blood chloride decreased, blood osmolarity decreased, blood pressure diastolic decreased, electrocardiogram st segment depression, haematocrit decreased, hyponatraemia. Renivace dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALDACTONE, DIGOSIN, VERAPAMIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Renivace dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CARBAMAZEPINE, FUROSEMIDE, WARFARIN POTASSIUM, FAMOTIDINE, TOCOPHEROL NICOTAINATE, REBAMIPIDE. Patient recovered.
