Renagel Side Effects Report #5483161-5
Renagel side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Oct 26, 2004. Male patient, 41 years of age, weighting 105.8 lb, was diagnosed with renal failure chronic, fabry's disease and was treated with Renagel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anorexia, aspartate aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood creatinine increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, blood urea increased, c-reactive protein increased, cachexia. Renagel dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FABRAZYME, CELESTAMINE, DICLOFENAC, LACTOMIN, CARBAMAZEPINE, CIMETIDINE, PRECIPITATED CALCIUM CARBONATE, FAMOTIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/11/2004.
