Female patient, 83 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with dementia alzheimer's type, hypertension, cerebrovascular accident, vitamin d deficiency and was treated with Reminyl. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, fall , loss of consciousness, malaise, syncope. Reminyl dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE, INDAPAMIDE, ASPEGIC, DEDROGYL, CALCIUM, VITAMINE D, AUGMENTIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
