Remifentanil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Jan 09, 2006. Male patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with anaesthesia, hypotonia and was treated with Remifentanil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, electromechanical dissociation, hemiparesis, hypotension, post procedural complication. Remifentanil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE, CEFALOTIN, HYDROCORTISONE, GELOFUSINE, VALPROATE, DEXAMETHASONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
